Qué es y para qué sirve la unidad de potencia híbrida. ¿Por qué te conviene usarla?

Primero antes de empezar tienes que leer este artículo para que comprendas para qué te sirve la unidad de potencia híbrida. Es básicamente una extensión de la antigua versión que solo usa energía comercial.

 

¿Por qué híbrida?

Por lo mismo de siempre🤷‍♀️…. por el coste. Aumentar la autonomía de 12 horas a 24 hay que invertir en un cargador más grande el cual cuesta mas dinero y también en más baterías. Cuando sumas el costo adicional de estos elementos son mucho más que un panel y una unidad híbrida.

Osea, sale más barato ponerle un panel solar fotovoltaico para aumentar la autonomía que ponerle un cargador más grande y buscar 2 baterías con lo que conllevaría también un rediseño de la caja ya que dos baterías caben pero muy apretadas.


¿Cómo funciona el circuito?

La unidad no está diseñada para el ahorro de la energía. Está diseñada para la simplificación del circuito y el aumento de la autonomía. Esto significa que ella prefiere la energía comercial, osea la electricidad de la calle.

Si no hay electricidad de la calle entonces el transfer hace el cambio de comercial a panel fotovoltaico. Si no hay sol, entonces se toma la energía de las baterías. Esto significa que si hay sol, te dará las 24 horas.

¿Se puede diseñar que prefiera el panel solar?

Si, pero sale más caro y volvemos al tema de siempre. EL COSTE🤦‍♂️. Sale más barato rápido y sencillo el circuito prefiriendo la energía comercial. Porque de lo contrario habría que colocar sensores de corriente-carga para saber si el panel está mandando suficiente energía.

Si no está mandando suficiente potencia entonces cambiar a comercial pero si vuelve a haber sol entonces volver a hacer el cambio a panel. Esto conlleva también sensores de luz en el exterior. ¿Ahorra más energía? sí pero sale prácticamente al doble del precio.

Tambien considerando que mis conocimiento y mi dinero son limitados y un proyecto con esta complejidad obviamente me tomaría mucho más tiempo.

¿Puede trabajar sólo con panel solar?

Si. En este caso el cargador nunca funcionará. Tendrás energía siempre que haya sol y que las baterías estén cargadas. Si pasan varios días lloviendo lo más probable es que se apague.

¿Puede trabajar solo con energía comercial?

Si. Cuando no haya energía comercial es transfer simplemente no encontrará potencia de panel porque no habrá panel.

¿Cuantos paneles le pongo?

Uno de 200 a 350 vatios. Con eso es suficiente para cargar una batería de 36/40 amperes hora en 4 horas de luz solar.

Y si le pongo más paneles?

No tiene sentido ponerle más paneles porque la capacidad máxima de corriente de la unidad es de 30 amperes.

Y si le pongo más batería?

Más baterías no te dará más autonomía porque con una controladora de 30 y un panel de 250 no hay suficiente potencia para cargar baterías de más de 50 amperes hora.

Y por qué no haces una de más potencia.

Por el coste. No tengo financiación de ninguna empresa o institución, todo es a costilla record. Más preguntas? déjamela aquí abajo.

ACTUALIZACIÓN.

El nuevo desarrollo de la unidad de potencia incluye varias mejoras como un tamaño más reducido, mejor distribución de componentes y protección de sobre corriente con fusibles que son más rápidos ante una eventualidad como un rayo.

Es la misma versión con las mismas funcionalidades pero ahora más compacta.

  1. lider bendiciones muy brillante el invento, pero necesitas hacer varios modelos y varios potencia, ya que hay personas que si pagarian por no utilizar la energia de la calle, y si puede ser hibrido mucho mejor pero con mas paneles y mas baterias,,
